The UV Exposure Unit consists of a special UV lamp for Dryfilm applications and a vacuum pump, after placing the film and PCB, close the top cover and activate the machine

When the machine starts, the vacuum pump will start to suck the rubber sheet on top which press the circuit board and film to be attached to the glass evenly

The vacuum pump operating time and Dryfilm operating time are programmable

When the vacuum pump has finished its operation, Dryfilm operation will begin and after it is finished, the system will cut off the electricity and the machine will stop working
