Warranty terms and Product claim

Every piece of merchandise will be double check before shipping to reduce problems and errors that might occurs during the production.

However, if customer receive a product and notice some abnormalities or defects please contact us and give information about your name,

product code and inform us of the problem. Our specialist will give you an advice and solution to your problem as soon as possible. 

 

Product warranty terms and conditions

Deteriorated product/ Damaged product due to the product own fault, not from misuse of product or incorrect installation.

"If product is damaged during production" Our company will issue 1 year warranty counting from the date of purchase.


No warranty clause

1. Product damaged by customer actions such as product fall over, wet, not properly maintenance or not installed according to instructions.

2. Product damaged from being wet/in high humidity and those water damaged place such as electrical circuit and battery.

3. Product Modification whether it is electrical circuit or the product itself.

4. Damaged by animal.

5. Damaged due to misuse of our product.

6. Installed product in an propriate place and environment such as place with very high temperature, high humidity and flood.

7. Warranty sticker is teared, peeled or damaged.

Shipping Policy
After received purchase order with successful payment.

Cancellation Policy

If customers want to cancel or change your order, please contact us before we ship the item.

If we have already shipped the order cancelling or changing an order, we will charge additional expenses and shipping cost.


Return/Exchange Policy
Our shop have no policy regarding return or exchange order that you have purchase, please see the details of the product before purchasing.
